Thanks for the vintage map of Beverly Hills. Marie Dessler’s home is listed and she
died of cancer in Santa Barbara on July 28, 1934. She had a great second film star career at MGM in the early thirties, including a Best Actress Oscar, and could well have afforded a Beverly Hills home. The map is probably from the early 1930s.

Hi – The Ebay sale has a picture where it it clearly marked “revised July 1941”. Not 1935.
